E4 and E4+1 Launches FTA

E4 launched today at 2PM as a free-to-air channel, now being advertised as part of Freeview. E4 is on LCN 14, and E4+1 is on LCN 39. An 'interactive' channel has been added on LCN 705 for Big Brother Live.
